Fr En 1952, “Atuagagdliutit” et “Grønlandsposten” fusionnent. La publication devient bilingue kalaallisut-danois et accole les deux titres : “Atuagagdliutit/Grønlandsposten”. En 2010, “Atuagagdliutit/Grønlandsposten” et “Sermitsiaq” fusionnent pour devenir “Sermitsiaq AG”. “Atuagagdliutit” est le premier journal au monde à avoir publié une illustration en couleur.
